We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Services Agent to join our team at TownePlace Suites Mississauga-Airport Corporate Centre, an Extended Stay Hotel conveniently located just minutes south of Toronto Pearson International Airport.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our hotel guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of outstanding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times with guests and colleagues;
  • Ensure seamless check-in and check-out procedures, handle room assignments, and accommodate special requests whenever possible;
  • Resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner;
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel credit/cash handling policies and ensure efficient and friendly transactions;
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to provide excellent guest experiences;
  • Perform administrative tasks such as balancing shift paperwork and maintaining accurate records;
  • Greet guests and respond to inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner;
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel front desk position;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Basic computer skills in Word and Excel, with knowledge of Maestro's or Opera systems an asset;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision;
  • Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic with a professional appearance;
  • Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required;
  • Licenced to work in Canada;
