Executive Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to lead our manufacturing, project execution, and people domains. The successful candidate will provide executive oversight of all internal operations, including manufacturing operations, scaling operations to emerging markets, contract management, facilities management, inventory management, quality assurance, project execution, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
- Lead the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Oversee the management of manufacturing operations, including supply chain management and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to drive business strategy and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Proven experience in a senior executive role, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and finance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
