Executive Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to lead our manufacturing, project execution, and people domains. The successful candidate will provide executive oversight of all internal operations, including manufacturing operations, scaling operations to emerging markets, contract management, facilities management, inventory management, quality assurance, project execution, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
- Lead the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Oversee the management of manufacturing operations, including supply chain management and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
- Provide executive oversight of all internal operations, including contract management, facilities management, inventory management, and quality assurance
- 10+ years of experience in a senior executive role, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
