Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Duct Cleaning Masters. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
