About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Duct Cleaning Masters. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Manage the receipt of payment for specialized cleaning services.
  • Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed.
Supervision and Work Environment

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people and working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
