Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at THE YK CAREER EDUCATION SOCIETY. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and programs.
  • Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and relay information to staff members.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as data entry and other administrative tasks.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and coordinate events and meetings.
  • Communication: Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
