We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at SA Dental. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, greet patients, and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English.
