We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at THE YK CAREER EDUCATION SOCIETY. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services.
- Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and relay information to staff.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as data entry.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Payment Processing: Receive and issue payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Availability: Available to work 40 hours per week.
