About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Officer, Intermodal Development. This role is responsible for evaluating, managing, and implementing projects and initiatives that position Intermodal to effectively deliver growth and improve its performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, plan, and execute mid-level initiatives and construction projects that improve Intermodal operational practices, efficiencies, and capacities.
  • Influence key stakeholders and build consensus to support effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate with customers, developers, and engineering consultants.
Requirements
  • Between 2 to 5 years of experience in rail, terminal operations, marketing, or business analysis.
  • Engineering experience, including civil engineering and operational process.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Business.
  • Professional Engineer Licence obtained or in progress.
