About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Services Manager to join our team at JFU Consultants (Canada) Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and directing our professional services team to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and direct a team of 11-15 professionals in various areas of responsibility, including business development, operations, and strategy.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Operations and Strategy
    • Oversee the planning and execution of business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance and Control
    • Ensure that all business operations and services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
    • Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
    • Communicate business strategies, plans, and results to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a professional services management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and directing teams.
    • Excellent business development and strategy skills, with experience in developing and implementing business plans.
    • Strong operational and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
    • Strong quality assurance and control skills, with experience in developing and implementing quality assurance and control processes.
