About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Services Manager to join our team at JFU Consultants (Canada) Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our business services division and driving growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Train, and Direct Staff
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of professionals to support our business services division.
    • Provide guidance and direction to ensure team members are equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Market Business Services
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our business services and attract new clients.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures
    • Develop and manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
    • Monitor and control expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan and Direct Research
    • Design and implement research projects to support business growth and improvement.
    • Collaborate with team members to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Direct and Advise Staff in the Development and Implementation of Service Quality Assessment Strategies
    • Develop and implement service quality assessment strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure effective implementation of these strategies.
  • Plan, Administer, and Control Budgets for Client Projects, Contracts, Equipment, and Supplies
    • Develop and manage budgets for client projects and contracts.
    • Monitor and control expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan, Develop, and Organize the Policies and Procedures of Establishments
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support business growth and improvement.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective implementation of these policies and procedures.
  • Represent the Company within Various Economic and Social Organizations
    • Represent JFU Consultants (Canada) Limited at industry events and conferences.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Leading/Instructing Groups
    • Lead and instruct groups of professionals to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement training programs to support team development and growth.
  • Provide Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assign, Coordinate, and Review Projects and Programs
    • Assign and coordinate projects and programs to support business growth and improvement.
    • Review and evaluate project outcomes to ensure effective use of resources.
    Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 professionals in various areas of responsibility.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

You will require strong knowledge of information technology to support business growth and improvement.

Industrial Processes and Biological Studies

You will require knowledge of product development to support business growth and improvement.

Area of Work Experience

You will require experience in research, quality assurance or control, and consulting to support business growth and improvement.

Area of Specialization

You will require specialization in accounting and financial services, business services, and operations management to support business growth and improvement.

Security and Safety

You will require a criminal record check to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

You will require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and work under pressure.
