Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at B.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are adequately trained
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules and ensure a smooth workflow
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise the activities of workers
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or gas station environment
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Reliability and flexibility
