We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Commercial Banking team at NBC. Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in your market, increase your commercial client base, and establish business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with your clients, understanding their financial needs and providing them with tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and provide expert advice to clients on financial strategies and solutions.
- Negotiation and Risk Management: Negotiate the terms and conditions of agreements with clients, ensuring that they meet risk management standards and profitability criteria.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the Bank to provide a seamless client experience.
- Experience: At least 5 to 9 years' experience in sales and business development within the financial industry.
- Education: University certificate and 9 years' experience, Bachelor's degree and 7 years' experience, or Master's degree and 5 years' experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
