We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Bean Brewers Inc. as a key member of our production team.
Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that products meet established standards.
- Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Reliability and dependability.
- Team player with excellent judgement.
The Baker will work in a physically demanding environment with frequent standing and lifting. The ability to work overtime is required.
