Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality breads and pastries.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet customer standards.
  • Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Train staff on baking techniques and procedures.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Standing for extended periods.
Experience:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a baking or food production environment.
