Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Grains Bakery Cafe. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Prepare special orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Operate machinery and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure the quality of our products meets our established standards.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Conditions:

Our bakery is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work efficiently and effectively. You will be standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a hot kitchen environment.

  • Accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language:

The primary language of work is English.Hours of Work:

40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
