Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut Restaurant.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexibility
- Team player
- Work site environment: Odours, Wet/damp
- Work setting: Food service establishment, Fast food outlet or concession
- Free parking available
- Permanent employment
- 40 hours per week
