Service Billing Administrator

Mircom Group of Companies, a leading provider of intelligent building and life safety solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Service Billing Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely invoicing, maintaining accurate documentation, and resolving issues related to administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely invoicing and maintenance of supporting documentation
  • Process credit card payments and resolve issues arising from administrative functions
  • Produce various reports and metrics as requested by management
  • Review purchase orders and assist with reviewing documents for billing issues
  • Update the Billing Manager on any inconsistencies or challenges

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of office administration experience
  • Post-secondary education (technical diploma or degree)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
