Customer Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at JOHN'S PAN PIZZA. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivery and Customer Service: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, providing excellent customer service and professionalism in interactions with customers.
- Vehicle Operation: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of items received and delivered, including trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods efficiently, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential for communication with customers and colleagues.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
