We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Operations Lead to join our team at Progressive Concrete Ltd.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer support specialists, ensuring excellent service delivery and meeting business objectives.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role- Lead a team of customer support specialists: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery and achieve business targets.
- Schedule activities: Plan and coordinate work schedules to meet business needs and minimize downtime.
- Recruit and hire workers: Identify, select, and onboard top talent to strengthen the team.
- Train or arrange training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Estimate costs and materials: Analyze expenses and recommend cost-saving measures to optimize resource allocation.
- Maintain health and safety standards: Ensure compliance with regulations and policies to protect employees and customers.
- Recommend personnel actions: Make informed decisions about employee performance, development, and retention.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate: Essential for this role.
