We are seeking Owner/Operator drivers to join our team at Novex Delivery Solutions.
Requirements:
- A 2012 or newer vehicle (preference given to hybrids and small cargo vans)
- Excellent geographical knowledge of the Lower Mainland
- The ability to work well under pressure
- A valid BC Drivers' License
- ICBC Class 13 (Delivery Use) insurance with minimum $5,000,000 Third Party Liability
- WorkSafe BC – Personal Optional Protection
- Undergo a Canadian Criminal Record Check
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
What We Offer:
- Full time hours, Monday to Friday (7:30am – 5:30pm) with some supplemental evening and weekend work available
- Higher than industry average commission
- Start from home, finish at home – no need to start at our office
- Digital dispatch – signatures on your electronic device, no waybills to turn in
- Extended health and dental benefits available after 3 months
- Professional environment with experienced dispatchers and staff
Preference will be given to applicants with hybrids and compact cargo vans. Other vehicles may be considered on a short-term basis with the understanding that they must transition to a Novex approved vehicle within 3 months. A Canadian Criminal Record Check will be required after a position is offered and must be completed prior to starting work.
