Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

At Philthy Philly Cheesesteak and Poutinerie, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a clean and sanitized environment by washing dishes and other items by hand.
  • Prepare and package take-out food to meet customer expectations.
  • Portion and wrap foods accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet quality standards.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in the food service industry is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
