Food Service Manager

Labrador Donut Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and standing for extended periods.
