Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at M+J Woodcrafts. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machines, including panel saws, CNC routers, and press machines. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will ensure the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC routers, including offloading and re-loading of parts.
  • Cut orders on the panel saw as per the pre-set program.
  • Operate press machine, including loading and unloading of pieces.
  • Receive pieces from our buffing machine.
  • Recount orders to assure piece counts are correct before sending them to the next station.
  • Maintain a clean working environment.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in operating machines/equipment.
  • On-time and reliable.
  • Can lift 40 - 70 pounds and stand, walk, bend, etc. full day.
  • Self-motivated and can work without direct supervision.

Work Schedule:
  • The shift is Monday to Friday from 5:00 am to 2:30 pm, with every second Friday off.
  • Overtime may be required.
  • Clean safe environment.
  • Very Competitive wages
