About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Privacy Specialist to support our clients in the healthcare sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting privacy impact assessments, providing expert advice on data protection and compliance, and developing strategies to mitigate privacy risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough privacy impact assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Develop and implement data protection strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide expert advice on data protection and compliance to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement privacy policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in data protection and compliance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data protection and compliance
  • Proven track record of conducting privacy impact assessments and developing data protection strategies
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including PHIPA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
