About the Role

As a Wind Service Site Technician, you will work on-site to perform electrical and hydraulic maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support technical tasks. You will also coordinate and accomplish defined service operations, resolving product issues for wind turbines.

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical tasks to deliver defined services on wind turbines.
  • Conduct electrical and hydraulic maintenance, troubleshooting, and support technical tasks.
  • Coordinate and accomplish defined service operations, resolving product issues for wind turbines.
  • Support warehouse, inventory, and safety inspections to ensure site and team lead requirements are met.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant work experience or demonstrated knowledge in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, maintenance/troubleshooting in a military, industrial, or automotive industry.
  • Electrical and/or mechanical education preferred.
  • Physically and mentally able to work suspended from heights and in confined spaces.
  • Must meet body weight restrictions of 265 pounds or less as required by safety regulations.
  • Must pass a physical administered by a medical practitioner to ensure ability to safely perform job functions.
