About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Trudell Healthcare Solutions. As a key member of our distribution team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming inventory shipments, verifying quantities and accuracy.
  • Store inventory in a safe and organized manner, utilizing our warehouse bin location system.
  • Coordinate the return authorization process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and receipts.
  • Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure seamless operations and meet customer demands.
  • Perform daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Participate in special projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding inventory issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse shipping and receiving environment.
  • Competency in the safe operation of forklifts, pallet trucks, and stretch wrappers.
  • Ability to use RF scanners and computerized shipping systems.
  • Physical ability to lift, stand, and walk throughout the day, with occasional bending and twisting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
