Justrite Safety Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our outside sales team across the USA and Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in North America.
Responsibilities- Handle incoming customer calls and provide feedback to customers' questions and requests.
- Manage spare parts sales and optimize fleet usage to increase rental revenue.
- Support online chat inquiries and assist with the Order-to-Shipment process.
- Work with Technical Support, Engineering, and Sales to ensure customers receive accurate product documentation.
- Organize and execute projects to achieve clear, successful outcomes.
As a member of our Sales team, you will have the opportunity to work with leading distributors and top brands in the industry, driving sales efforts that make a real impact. Our sales team is dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring that we deliver the best possible outcomes for our partners and customers.
