Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc. O/A A & W Restaurant.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive customer service attitude.
- Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Basic security clearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
