Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with on-call coverage on weekends for emergency calls, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including unit showings and rental agreements.
- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, and/or customer service.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in the Property Management industry is considered an asset.
