Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Yukon Inc. in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing sales teams, maintaining inventory levels, and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Assign sales staff to duties and provide guidance on sales techniques and strategies
- Hire, train, and evaluate sales staff to ensure they meet company standards
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns
- Sell merchandise to customers and meet or exceed sales targets
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a professional and efficient manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff, providing support and guidance as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
