Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will have previous experience in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assign sales staff to duties and tasks
* Hire, train, and develop sales staff
* Oversee inventory management and order merchandise as needed
* Authorize return of merchandise and maintain high standards of customer service
* Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
* Sell merchandise and achieve sales targets
* Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
* Resolve customer complaints and supply issues efficiently

Requirements:
