Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Yukon Inc. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and supervise their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Order merchandise and authorize returns
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient inventory management
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
