About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Truck and Trailer Service Technician Assistant. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our truck and trailer services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians with daily tasks, including moving equipment and tools, and cleaning machines and work areas.
  • Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public.
  • Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
Work Environment

Our work site environment is physically demanding, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will be handling heavy loads and working under pressure to meet deadlines.

Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Steel-toed safety boots are required.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Permanent, full-time position with 35-40 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
