Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Performance Analyst to join our team at Broadstreet Properties Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about analyzing data and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor revenue performance and develop strategic business plans to maximize revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Regional Operations to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize business processes
  • Analyze market trends and conditions to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning
  • Provide analytical support to internal teams to help meet organizational goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Naturally curious and enjoys creative problem solving
  • Previous experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis strongly desired
  • Ability to assess corporate climate, socio-economic factors, trends, and other criteria
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, including technical, professional, and senior management
