Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
- Production Planning: Draw up production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
