Job Title: Bakery Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Aramark Canada Ltd. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the production of baked goods, including preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and special customer orders
* Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
* Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe production
* Draw up production schedules to meet customer demand
* Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
Requirements:
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Ability to work on site and operate machinery
* Strong leadership and communication skills
