About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager at Enersolv Design & Build Ltd, you will play a key role in our Design division. Reporting to the Design Director, you will be responsible for directing, monitoring, reporting, and interpreting all aspects of the design team's operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide workload forecasting and progress analysis for new and prospective projects.
  • Recommend distribution of new work based on staff availability and workload requirements.
  • Develop and prepare Schematic Design and Design Development reports and drawings.
  • Assign tasks to junior staff and review for satisfactory completion.
  • Represent Enersolv at meetings with project clients and stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure adherence to contract documents through adequate field review services.
  • Implement programs to improve service quality, products, and systems to meet client expectations.
  • Train staff in design processes to ensure continuity when absent or on vacation.
  • Manage small to medium projects with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and administer procedures and systems for team management.
  • Stay current on new developments in relevant codes and innovative design.
  • Participate in seminars, professional associations, and trade shows.
  • Participate in hiring, promotions, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Division on Design & Build projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years design experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection.
  • 2+ years project management experience in consulting engineering.
  • Registered Professional Engineer or eligible for registration.
  • Relevant project management experience in consulting engineering.
  • Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff.
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Projects.
