Job Title: Chef de Partie

La Baracca is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize kitchen performance.
  • Develop and implement new cooking techniques and equipment training for cooking staff to enhance menu offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and mentor specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food preparation.
  • Create innovative recipes and menus to meet customer demands and preferences.
  • Train and instruct cooks in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation techniques to ensure consistency and excellence in food quality.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events, banquets, and special occasions.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Plan and execute menus that meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods for customers with dietary restrictions or allergies.
  • Supervise and train sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks to ensure high standards of food quality and kitchen operations.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques to ensure food safety and quality.Supervision:
