About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through sales and service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service through sales and interactions
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to guests
  • Perform cash handling duties, including opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail environment
  • Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
