  • Work closely with the Retail Manager to discuss sales promotions, advertising campaigns, and product offerings to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure effective communication across departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experience.
  • Assist with employee performance reviews and disciplinary discussions to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Be an advocate for health and safety, ensuring a clean and safe working environment for all employees and guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail supervisory experience with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory management experience with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Extensive guest service experience with the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
  • Previous cash handling experience with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Point of Sale (POS) applications.
  • An engaging and outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
