About the Role

Premium Retail Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Computer Software Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  2. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our software products and services, and provide expert advice to customers on their use and application.
  4. Merchandising and Display: Work with our merchandising team to ensure that our software products are displayed and merchandised effectively in-store.
  5. Training and Development: Provide training and support to retail associates on our software products, promotions, and messaging.
