Job Summary

As a Team Practice Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding and coaching advisor teams to deliver exceptional results and a seamless client experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating and implementing process optimization solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of Investment Advisors' business objectives and technology requirements
  • Analyze team objectives, assess potential options, and present insightful recommendations
  • Engage in application training and coaching for advisor teams, ensuring recommendations are understood and implemented with high success rates
  • Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships with advisor teams and branches
  • Identify and promote best practices through regular conference calls, email updates, and coaching sessions
  • Develop skills through training courses, self-learning, and daily interaction with advisor teams
  • Facilitate training and connect advisor teams with subject matter experts
  • Continuously improve and streamline processes, reports, content, programs, and templates within the Senior Application Consultant team
Requirements
  • Experience working with Investment Advisors/Advisor teams
  • Expert understanding of Wealth Management Canada business and culture
  • Experience with Wealth Management Canada applications
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence
  • High level of time management and organization skills
