What is the Opportunity?

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering process optimization solutions to Investment Advisor teams. You will work closely with teams to identify areas for improvement and develop customized solutions to enhance their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Investment Advisors' business and technology objectives
  • Analyze team objectives, assess potential options, and present insightful recommendations
  • Engage in application training and coaching for IA teams and provide regular check-ins to ensure recommendations are understood and accomplished
  • Provide exceptional client experience and build positive relationships with IA teams and branches
  • Identify and build awareness of best practices through regular conference calls, email updates, and coaching sessions
  • Develop skills through training courses, self-learning, and daily interaction with IA teams
  • Facilitate training and connect Competitive Hire teams with Subject Matter Experts
  • Continuously improve and streamline processes, reports, content, programs, and templates within the Senior Application Consultant team

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Investment Advisors/Advisor teams
  • Expert understanding of Wealth Management Canada business and culture
  • Experience with Wealth Management Canada applications
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence
  • High level of time management and organization skills
