Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager - Operations Lead to join our team at Spring Creek Berry Barn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and optimize staff scheduling
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to staff to improve performance
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food services management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
