About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housing Development Safety Specialist to join our team at Trinitystar Developments Inc. This is a permanent full-time position requiring a high level of expertise in safety program implementation, evaluation, and enforcement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective safety programs across various construction sites.
  • Evaluate existing safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and building codes.
  • Provide training and guidance to contractors, employees, and the general public on safe working practices and regulations.
  • Inspect construction sites to verify compliance with electrical, plumbing, and engineering installation codes.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction safety or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This role involves working on construction sites, which may require flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
