The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and evaluating safety programs, examining plans and site layouts, and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes. They will also provide information and training to employers, employees, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement safety programs to ensure a safe working environment;
  • Examine plans and drawings to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations;
  • Inspect construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols;
  • Provide training and information to employers, employees, and the general public on safety procedures and best practices;
  • Ensure electrical and plumbing installations meet government regulations;
  • Enforce steel and concrete installation codes;
  • Inspect sewer systems and pipelines;
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safe working conditions are maintained;

Requirements
