Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and implement safety programs to ensure a safe working environment;
- Examine plans and drawings to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations;
- Inspect construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols;
- Provide training and information to employers, employees, and the general public on safety procedures and best practices;
- Ensure electrical and plumbing installations meet government regulations;
- Enforce steel and concrete installation codes;
- Inspect sewer systems and pipelines;
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safe working conditions are maintained;
- Prepare detailed reports on the condition of new or resale homes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, architecture);
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., construction inspection, safety management);

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Attention to detail and analytical skills;
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations;
