Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commodity Leader to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement category management strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform procurement decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure compliance and risk management.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on procurement best practices and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and verbal).
