A skilled Financial Accountant & Revenue Invoicing Specialist is sought by our Calgary client to join their Operations Financial Services team. This contract role has an expected term of 6 months.

The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial statements in accordance with industry regulations and reporting requirements. Key responsibilities include reviewing monthly journal entries, assisting with scorecard variance analysis, reviewing revenue invoicing, and reviewing comprehensive models for settlements.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a CPA, CA, CMA, CGA designation, strong analytical skills, and expertise with MS Office tools, particularly Excel. Experience working on projects under tight deadlines and proven experience with IFRS 15 would be considered assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with industry regulations and reporting requirements.
  2. Liaise with key members of the division to ensure the accuracy of revenue entries recorded and invoicing.
