  • About this role: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Tim Hortons restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback to help them improve.
    • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that the restaurant has the necessary supplies and inventory to meet customer demands.
    • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all team members and customers.
    • Participate in Marketing Plans and Implementation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
    • Leading/Instructing Individuals: Provide guidance and support to team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
    • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
    • Provide Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their experience.
    • Manage Events: Coordinate and execute events such as promotions, grand openings, and other activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
    • Plan, Organize, Direct, Control and Evaluate Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Requirements:
    • 11-15 people supervision: Manage a team of 11-15 people to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
